Weekly Recommendations is a post I write every Friday where I recommend three different kinds of entertainment for you. This can include comics, TV shows, anime, video games, books, and other similar forms of media. They may also vary in intended audience, age, themes, and genres.

Kaguya-sama: Love is War

  • Anime, 12 episodes
  • Comedy, Romance

Miyuki Shirogane is Shuchiin Academy’s top student and the student body president. Kaguya Shinomiya is vice president and comes from an affluent family. Both are respected by their classmates and are viewed as the ideal couple. But despite them having feelings for each other, they are not in a relationship because they both believe that whoever confesses first will be seen as the inferior partner. Neither wants to be the first to confess. As a result, their struggle to get one another to confess starts.

Please Love the Useless Me

She then runs into her old boss, Ayumu Kurosawa, whom she dislikes, but he hires her at his restaurant because he feels responsible for her unemployment.

I Shall Master this Family

The Lombardi family was formerly one of the Empire’s most powerful families, but it fell apart after the death of its patriarch. Firentia was born to a Lombard father and a peasant mother. She was kicked out after her father died, and she was later fatally struck by a carriage while drunk. She is then resurrected as her seven-year-old self, with her memories intact. After her resurrection, she is determined to become the family’s leader in order to save the Lombardi family from ruin.
