This is an alternative story to My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom, in which Catarina regains her memories when the Otome game begins, rather than when she was a child.

The player moves to a deserted island and then works to develop it by completing various tasks, such as convincing anthropomorphic animals to live there and customizing the island. You can gather items, craft, socialize with neighbors, or visit the islands of other gamers. The player has complete freedom in how they play the game. Game time corresponds to real-world time.
