Because she is the author of the world, whatever she writes has the potential to become true, and thus the prince requests that she change his story, given that she is the one who has caused him to have such a horrible life. Yoonsoo begins to change the story with her powers, but everything isn’t exactly as she had written it, and she’s also dealing with demonic creatures she didn’t even have in her book.
