Weekly Recommendations is a post I write on Friday where I recommend three different kinds of entertainment. These can be anime, comics, video games, cartoons, books, and other similar forms of media. They may also vary in other aspects like genre, theme, intended audience, and release date.

I Stan the Prince

  • Manhwa
  • Fantasy, Romance, Comedy

Without Angela’s knowledge, her fan fiction about the dethroned Prince Rayburn is published and becomes a best-seller. This book influences people’s opinions of the dethroned prince, angering the present royal family and causing them to demand the author’s execution. Fortunately, Princess Hoya, Prince Rayburn’s twin sister, is willing to protect Angela in exchange for writing a sequel that will improve Prince Rayburn’s image. But Prince Rayburn despises Angela for writing the novel, and his cold demeanor makes it difficult for her to write the sequel.

Lego: Pirates of the Caribbean

  • Video Game: PlayStation, Wii, Nintendo DS/3DS, Xbox
  • Action, Adventure, Comedy, Puzzle, Lego

A Lego video game based on the film series Pirates of the Caribbean. Play as your favorite characters, including Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, Elizabeth Swan, Davy Jones, and Captain Barbossa. It combines aspects of comedy, action, and adventure. Fight pirates and British soldiers, solve puzzles, collect studs to upgrade your characters and vehicles, and search for hidden Lego bricks.
