Weekly Recommendations is a post in which I recommend three different kinds of entertainment. For example, anime, comic books, movies, books, TV shows, video games, and other media. They can also differ in terms of intended audience (younger or older) and date of release (old or new).

Teen Titans (2003)

  • Cartoon Series, 65 episodes
  • Superhero, Action, Adventure, Comedy, Drama, Fantasy

This series is based on DC Comics’ Teen Titans. It features Teen Titans Robin, Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven, and Cyborg. They reside in a T-shaped tower together. The series includes both serious and funny episodes, each of which is defined by an opening song. A Japanese version of the song is used in the comedy episodes, while an English version is used in the serious episodes. The Teen Titans fight supervillains in each episode, but they also discuss the members’ pasts, families, and lifestyles as super-powered teenagers.
