Every Friday, I publish a post called Weekly Recommendations, in which I recommend three different kinds of entertainment. This can include anime, comics, webtoons, TV series, movies, video games, and other forms of entertainment.

X-Men: Evolution

  • Animated Series, 52 episodes
  • Action, Drama, Superhero, Comedy, Science Fiction

X-Men: Evolution follows the X-Men as teens through their school experiences, relationships, fights with other mutants, and saving other people (except for a few characters who remain represented as adults).

Log Horizon

  • Anime, 62 episodes
  • Fantasy, Adventure, Isekai, Science Fiction, Video Game

With the most recent update, Elder Tale MMORPG gamers have been transported into the game with no ability to log out. Shiroe is a socially awkward college student, seasoned gamer, and brilliant strategist who accepts his current condition and decides to explore his new world. Shiroe, along with his two companions Naotsugu and Akatsuki, guides many of the other confused gamers in making the best of their current position and appropriately interacting with the game’s NPCs, who are far more real than they expected.

Flirting with The Villain’s Dad

  • Webtoon
  • Fantasy, Comedy, Romance, Isekai, Drama

The main character finds herself in a webnovel as Princess Yerenika, the female lead’s aunt, 20 years before the novel begins. In the story, however, her parents, herself, and the villain’s father all die. To avoid this, she plans to prevent the villain’s birth by wooing the villain’s father, King Euredian.
