Weekly Recommendations is a post I write every Friday in which I recommend three different kinds of entertainment to you. These recommendations may include anime, comic books, video games, movies, books, and other types of media. They can also differ in terms of the intended audience and age.

Megamind is a supervillain who has never been successful in his evil schemes until he finally defeats his opponent, the heroic Metro Man. Megamind is at a loss for what to do now that Metro Man is no longer alive, so he creates another hero to fight him. However, the new hero appears uninterested in being a superhero and has other ambitions that are not in line with Megamind’s plans.
Vinland Saga
- Anime, 24 episodes
- Action, Adventure, Drama
Thorfinn is a young Viking child living in the severe cold of Iceland who dreams of sailing the oceans and settling in Vinland, a land of warmth and green fields. But war has come to them, and a death forces Thorfinn to a life of endless fighting, killing, and vengeance.
