Every Friday, I publish a post called Weekly Recommendations in which I recommend three different kinds of entertainment. This includes anime, comic books, TV shows, movies, video games, and other similar media.

I Stan the Prince

  • Webtoon
  • Fantasy, Romance, Comedy

Without Angela’s knowledge, her fanfic about the dethroned Prince Rayburn is published and becomes a best-seller. This book affects the public opinion of the dethroned prince, infuriating the current royal family and prompting them to call for the author’s execution. Fortunately, Princess Hoya, Prince Rayburn’s twin sister, is willing to protect Angela in exchange for writing a sequel that will help improve Prince Rayburn’s reputation. But Prince Rayburn despises Angela for creating the novel, and his cold demeanor is making it difficult for her to write the sequel.

May I Ask for One Final Thing?

  • Manga
  • Action, Comedy, Fantasy, Drama

Scarlet is a ducal noblewoman who is engaged to the second prince. However, at a ball, he unexpectedly cancels their engagement, accusing her of being a “villainess” and a bully to the new girl he intends to marry. Everyone around her condemns her, and she is tired of the second prince’s abuse and foolishness, so she asks for one last thing: to beat up all of those who are part of these lies and are treating her unfairly. Scarlet, now that she is free of the second prince, plans to live her life as she wishes, even beating up people who mistreat her.

Danny Phantom

  • Cartoon Series
  • Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Comedy, Superhero

Danny Fenton, 14 years old, lives in the small town of Amity Park with his ghost-hunting parents. When urged by his two best friends to investigate a ghost portal his parents’ created, Danny mistakenly clicks the “on” button, activating the portal and infusing his DNA with ectoplasm, changing him into a half-ghost. Danny then uses his ghost abilities to keep evil ghosts away from his family, friends, and community.
